GLOBAL MODERATES FORUM, INC. (GMFI)
Global Moderates Forum, Inc. (GMFI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that welcomes individuals from all races, colors, genders, socio-political ideologies, and national origins. Operating as Moderate Voices of America, it proudly promotes moderate political views worldwide. Its non-partisan mission is to foster constructive dialogue and unite people across ideological lines for a more inclusive political landscape.

Moderate Voices of America (MVA) promotes democratic values and moderate views while providing unbiased information on current events. It encourages constructive dialogue and bipartisan efforts that benefit all people, believing that inclusive perspectives foster mutual understanding and respect.
Our Bipartisanship Standards
Moderate Voices of America (MVA) is published by Global Moderates Forum, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. We advocate objective political, economic, and social views. We are neither on the right nor on the left of the political spectrum — and we hold ourselves to that standard in public, on this page.
Bipartisanship, to us, does not mean splitting every difference down the middle or treating every claim as equally supported. It means applying the same standards of evidence and scrutiny to every party, every administration, and every idea — including the ones we agree with — and giving our readers the strongest version of each side before we offer a view of our own.
The standards we publish by
- Even-handed scrutiny. We examine the records, claims, and contradictions of both major parties with equal rigor. When we criticize one party, we apply the same standard to the other. Over time, our coverage should reflect this consistency.
- We assess balance over time, recognizing that no single article can address every perspective. We evaluate our overall coverage, including subject selection, scrutiny of parties, and diversity of voices. We regularly review our content mix and make adjustments as needed.
- The strongest case fairly stated. Every commentary we publish must present the opposing side’s strongest argument in terms its own supporters would recognize — before answering it. If we cannot state the other side fairly, we are not ready to publish.
- Honest labels. Our content carries one of three labels, and we mean them literally:
- Sources across the spectrum. We cite data, documents, and experts from across the political spectrum, and we quote officials and representatives of the party or position under discussion — not only its critics.
- Headlines that tell the truth plainly. Our headlines describe; they do not inflame. We avoid loaded language in headlines and summaries, because most readers will judge our fairness there first.
- A range of voices. We actively publish contributors who identify as Democrats, Republicans, and independents, as well as readers who disagree with us. A moderate platform that only publishes one perspective has failed at its own mission.
- Nonpartisanship in elections. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we do not endorse or oppose candidates for public office. We analyze records, policies, and proposals; we leave the choosing to our readers.
- Corrections, promptly and visibly. When we get something wrong, we correct it, note the correction, and move on. Readers who spot an error — factual or of fairness — can write to us at info@moderatevoices.org. Fair challenges from readers of any party get a fair hearing.
- Common ground is news too. Bipartisan cooperation, shared priorities, and workable compromise are part of the American story, and we cover them with the same energy we bring to conflict. A site that only reports division teaches its readers that division is all there is.
Holding us to it
These standards are commitment, not a slogan. If you believe a piece we published fails them — one-sided sourcing, a straw-man argument, a label that doesn’t fit — tell us, and tell us specifically. We would rather be corrected by our readers than drift from the mission they trusted us to keep.
